I was delighted to find that not only were the ironing facilities top-notch, but the staff went above and beyond to help me locate a lost earring I thought was gone forever. the in-room tea and coffee facilities were a lovely touch, perfect for relaxing on the balcony overlooking the picturesque surroundings. the staff were accommodating and attentive, making me feel truly valued as a guest. I highly recommend Pelham House for a luxurious and unforgettable experience.
